We have the pleasure to communicate you that Julio Verne School is the coordinator centre of the project 4LIFE (For Literacy and Inclusion through Fun and Edutainment), co-funded by the European Union Erasmus+ Program

The above-mentioned project will be developed internationally for two years. Julio Verne School will be leading and coordinating the agenda, actions and activities what will take place throughout the project, together with five collaborating schools.

The key outcome for this project is the development of inclusion in the classroom trough reading and writing skills.

Monday, 31st January 2022

  • 09.00 Welcome to the school. Student’s performance for the teachers.
  • 10.30 Tour around the Dolci infant school. Greeting by the children.
  • 11.00 Coffee (tea) break.
  • 11.30 Tour around the Anania school and meeting of teachers and students in the classes.
  • 13.00 Lunch at school.
  • 15.00 Cultural trip to Partinico.
  • 19.30 Dinner in a pizza restaurant.



Tuesday, 1st February, 2022

  • 9.00 Visit to the town of Terrasini.
  • 11.30 Tour around the Gramsci school, greeting from the teachers of the primary and the infant
  • classes.
  • 12.30 Visit to the Cinisi Town Hall and welcome by the Mayor.
  • 13.00 Lunch.
  • 14.30 Workshop for the teachers: Pottery and Paper mache workshops and Scientific Laboratory
  • 17.00 Tour of Cinisi.
  • 20.00 Dinner in a restaurant.



Wednesday, 2nd, February 2022.

  • All day cultural trip to Palermo, the capital of Sicily.
